I know it’s a controversial thing to say, but I’m kind of sad at the wifi in Zephyr. I’m on board with the comfy chairs and the hookah, but wifi attracts mobs of people who sit in the glow of their computers for hours on end. One of the things I love about Zephyr is that it’s a meeting place for lots of Pasadena — people come to study, to chat, to meet up, etc. Sometimes they read.
I spend so much time around computers that it’s nice to get out and be where people are unplugged, ya know?
