Non-Parametric Entropy Estimation Toolbox (NPEET) I finally got around to packaging together bits of Python code that are useful for estimating information-theoretic quantities for both continuous and discrete variables. This is in preparation for a tutorial I’m giving next week at ICWSM.  The documentation[pdf link] contains detailed descriptions along with discussion of the technical challenges.
